What is Conflict of Interest in a review?

A conflict of interest within a review refers to the potential bias or misrepresentation that can occur in a review left by a party that has a connection or stake involved in the reviewed company/product. This can include reviews left by:

  • Family members
  • Former or current employees
  • Reviewers with a financial stake in the company being reviewed
  • False, fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory reviews

We do not publish reviews that appear to have a Conflict of Interest and request you refrain from submitting reviews that fall into these categories.
